Rock Steady Boxing

Build camaraderie and feel empowered to fight back against PD with Rock Steady Boxing classes. Non-contact boxing classes help participants build strength, flexibility and speed through exciting, high energy, classes. 

Space is limited. Participants must have clearance from their doctor and approval from the instructor prior to joining the class. 

Rock Steady Group A 

Group A classes are relatively fast paced because boxers are able to tolerate a more physically demanding workout. These classes improve and/or maintain physical fitness.  Boxers in this class require minimal physical assistance.  

Rock Steady Group B

Group B classes are slower paced. This class is suitable for boxers with balance impairments and for those with minimal prior exercise experience. Group B classes aim to improve or maintain flexibility, balance, strength, and fine motor skills. Boxers using wheelchairs or walkers can still benefit from this class.  All exercises can be modified for those with balance impairments or limited mobility.
